Legal Relationship The potential customer fully accepts and understands that the legal, civil, economic, and tax relationship arising from the purchase of this product is exclusively between the private customer and the company that manufactures or distributes the product.
Role of Quicksalez The potential customer acknowledges that Quicksalez is merely an external company operating in the field of online marketing. In accordance with its business model, Quicksalez may carry out advertising campaigns for products or services manufactured, distributed, or marketed by other production, distribution, or commercial companies. These companies choose to promote their products or services through partner networks with which Quicksalez is temporarily affiliated. Quicksalez independently selects products or services from various partner networks, conducts research, and develops online marketing strategies at its own expense using channels such as e-commerce platforms, social media, or other digital tools. The primary aim of these efforts is to generate useful contacts or leads interested in the promoted products or services. Quicksalez then facilitates the connection between these potential customers and manufacturers, distributors, or commercial companies, passing on data and any payments through the designated contact forms of the partner network. Quicksalez is not obligated to enter into additional agreements beyond these terms.
Use of Data and Future Contact By clicking on the purchase button, the potential customer unreservedly agrees that Quicksalez may use the entered data exclusively for forwarding to manufacturers, distributors, or commercial companies via designated contact forms of the partner network. Furthermore, the customer agrees to receive future notifications from Quicksalez regarding new commercial offers related to similar products or services.
Delivery and Supply Quicksalez does not guarantee that the products will be shipped from warehouses in Italy or San Marino. Additionally, the delivery process, including the selection of the courier, is determined by the manufacturer/distributor. Quicksalez only ensures that delivery times will be adhered to when the potential customer confirms the pre-order and completes the commercial transaction directly with the manufacturer/distributor.
